Ingredients

Biodynamic® and Organic Proprietary Blend:  Fresh Lemon Balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), Fresh St. John's Wort flowering buds (Hypericum perforatum), Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Biodynamic® and organic grape alcohol, organic glycerin, organic lemon flavor extract, distilled water.  Alcohol content:  Not more than 55%.

Suggested Use

As an herbal tonic, take 2.5 mL (approx. three half-droppers) daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

CAUTION:  Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (e.g. sunlight, tanning) when using St. John's Wort. Keep out of reach of children. If taking medication consult with a healthcare professional before use. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.
